The fresh cranberries with the orange glaze make this the perfect combination of tart and sweet
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare bundt pan with cooking spray and flouring
Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, water, and eggs until well blended and smooth
Pour half the batter into bundt pan
Place 1/2 the cranberries and 1/2 the orange zest on top of the batter
Pour the rest of the batter in the pan making sure to smooth evenly
Place the rest of the cranberries and zest on top.
Bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cook for 10 minutes and invert on plate.
Glaze:
Mix the confectioners sugar and the orange juice. If it's too thick add more orange juice if it is too thin add more sugar until the consistency is what you want, should be kinda easy to pour.
Put the glaze on the cake let cool and serve
