Kraft Foods Recipe


12 Eggs; Hard-Boiled
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Grey Poupon Mustard
1/4 tsp Paprika

Original recipe makes 2 Servings



PEEL eggs; cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash with fork.

ADD mayo and mustard; mix well. Spoon yolk mixture into a resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Snip off 1 of the bottom corners of bag, then squeeze the yolk mixture into the egg white halves; sprinkle evenly with paprika.

SERVE immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.


Jazz It Up

Garnish with fresh dill sprigs just before serving.

Add 1 of the following to the egg yolk mixture before spooning into whites: 2 Tbsp. TACO BELL? HOME ORIGINALS? Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, 2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits or 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh herbs, such as basil, parsley or thyme.

Simple, easy and delicious! Perfect deviled egg taste! I hate recipes where I have to measure 15 different ingredients for something that should be simple. Recipe is easy to halve also.

Made this again with just regular mustard and 2 extra tbs of mayo. Turned out great!

I used dry mustard and it was more "eggy" but yet flavorful. Eggs, mayo and dry mustard, dusted with paprika. Perfecto!
