Ready in 2 hours 30 minutes
This is an easy potluck recipe & even better the second day! Great to freeze for later too.
Brown meat & onion in non-stick skillet. Combine all ingredients (except macaroni) in large stock pan. Sauce should simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Meanwhile bring a large pan of water to a boil and cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain & add to the sauce. Stir.

amygoostree 3y agoGood but needs more spice. I added more salt, chile powder, and a little cumin to the dish.....yummy!

Zombiemassacre6 3y agoUsed 4 cups of noodles. Didn't use tomato soup. Also, only one can of tomato sauce and 3 of diced tomatoes with green chilis. Used more seasonings than called for. Added shredded Cheddar and parmesan cheese. Turned out pretty good.
