Marinated flank steak for grill
In an large resealable plastic bag, combine first 9 ingredients. Score the surface of the beef, making diamond shapes 1/4" deep; place in bag. Seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Drain and discard marinade. Grill beef, covered, over medium heat 6-8 minutes per side or until desired done ness.
Let stand for 5 minutes. Thinly slice across the grain.
