2 tb Parmesan Cheese; (Fresh
4 c Pasta; cooked
1 tb Butter; softened
1/8 c Non fat plain yogurt
1/4 c Lowfat Cottage Cheese; (1%

Original recipe makes 1



Place the last 4 ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Pour sauce over cooked noodles and heat thoroughly until parmesan is well melted and pasta is heated through.
