Delicious full flavor peanut butter cookies. No flour needed so the taste is not diluted.
Preheat oven to 350F
Light grease cookie sheet
Mix all ingredients together well.
For variety, you can easily add chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, M&M's or similar ingredients to dough.
Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheets.
Then, may do any of the following:
Criss cross top of cookies with sugar dipped fork. (Pretty with colored sugar)
Add hershey kiss to center of ball and squash down a bit.
Sprinkle with colored sugar or sprinkles.
Be creative.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 min.
Recipe doubles easily.
