"Made this for lunch yesterday, but made a few adjustments because it was just me and my twin girls. I sliced a cup of grape tomatoes, 2 green onions and a teaspoon of minced garlic and extra virgin olive oil. I cooked that till the tomatoes started to give off liquid. I then tossed with the spaghetti. I'm pregnant and it was exactly what I wanted. It was so good. And just 10 minutes. "

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Olive oil; plus more for boiling pasta
6 cloves Garlic; more or less to taste; minced or pressed
1 14.5-oz can Diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning
6 ounces Dry spaghetti
salt and pepper; to taste
Asiago cheese; or Parmesan cheese (optional)

Original recipe makes 3 Servings

Preparation

Boil salted water for pasta (add a little oil to the water).

Heat 3 tbs olive oil over medium heat, and add the garlic. Heat for about 1 minute, and then add the tomatoes. Heat over medium-low heat while the pasta cooks.

Once the pasta is done, drain, and toss with tomato mixture.

Garnish with Asiago or Parmesan cheese, and serve with a crusty bread and a salad.

I did make some changes to this recipe, and it was awesome. I added a chopped onion and a can of mushrooms to the 'sauce' as well as extra Italian seasoning. I also used a full pound of spaghetti instead of just 6oz. I give this a 4 rating, because i made a few changes in order to make it a 5
