1.) Prepare edamame per package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2.) Transfer to large bowl.
3.) Stir in corn, mango, tomato, onion, black beans, cilantro, oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
4.) Toss well.

wonderserena 1y agoThis is super easy to make and tasty. It's perfect to take to a summer cook-out. I thought it needed a little kick so I added a de-seeded, finely chopped jalapeño. It's what it needed but if you're feeding this to kids- I would pass on adding a jalapeño
