lafawnberry 1y agoWonderful blend of flavors! Extremely fresh and light. Can think of a lot of ways to change it too.
teresaeason 1y agoThis is so incredibly delicious! I absolutely love it. I added jalapeños which added a nice kick. My kids love it too!
jdriemeyer 1y agoDelicious, pretty, and keeps well.
wonderserena 2y agoThis is super easy to make and tasty. It's perfect to take to a summer cook-out. I thought it needed a little kick so I added a de-seeded, finely chopped jalapeño. It's what it needed but if you're feeding this to kids- I would pass on adding a jalapeño
teresaeason 2y agoVery pretty dish. Tastes Great and healthy. What more can you ask for?
Vipercook 2y agoAdded avocado and tortilla strips. Served over a bed of spinach and romaine lettuce. Fantastico!
