1 c Vegetables; Chopped
Green peppers; etc
1/4 c Onions; chopped
1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1/4 c potato; Raw, grated
1/4 c Carrot; Grated
3/4 ts Salt; or less
1/2 c Broth; up to 1 cup

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. You do not have to add the optional vegetables, but it is a good way for children to learn to enjoy them.
