Place the eggs in a sauce pan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover for 17 minutes. Place the eggs in cold water for 15 minutes and then remove the shell. Dice the eggs and place in a mixing bowl. Dice the onion up and add to the eggs with the remaining ingredients and mix.
