This is the best egg salad i've ever had. The key ingredient is the type of mayo.

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
8 Eggs
1/2 cup Salad Dressing Mayo; (this type makes the taste!)
1/4 cup pickle relish
1/2 tbl dry mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
salt and pepper; to taste

Preparation

Boil the eggs for 5 minutes uncovered. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 10 minutes. This will make them very easy to peel. Cut up the eggs with an egg slicer or use a knife. Mix in all other ingredients. Put on your favorite bread and Enjoy!
