Great tasting egg salad, and healthy.
Hard Boil six eggs.
Chopping:
1. Dice the eggs
2. Dice the onion
3. Dice the Dill pickles
4. Shred or dice the cheddar cheese
Mixing:
1. Mix all the diced ingredients in a bowl
2. Add the mustard and Mayonnaise and mix thoroughly
3. add the spices and mix well
Taste to make sure the salt is the correct mix.
Let stand in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before eating.
Always taste the food you are cooking and adjust the spices to your liking. This is a special Italian secret!d
