Ready in 1h

This frosting is heavenly. It goes well with gingerbread cookies or cupcakes, and probably so much more!

1 stick Softened Cream Cheese
1 stick Softened Butter
4 tbs. Good Eggnog (Smith's)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 cups Confectioner's Sugar

Original recipe makes 30 Servings

1. Beat cream cheese and butter on medium speed with electric mixer until completely combined and fluffy.

2. Add eggnog by tablespoon.

3. Add vanilla extract

4. Gradually add confectioner's sugar by cup until fully incorporated into cream cheese mixture.

5. Allow frosting to whip on medium-high speed until fluffy with stiff peaks.

Spread or Pipe onto dessert of choice (i.e. Bentley's Gingerbread People)
