Suggest a better descriptionMake blender hollandaise sauce. Split muffins and butter cut sides. Arrange on cookie sheet. Broil until golden brown. Keep warm. Sauté Canadian bacon until browned. In medium skillet with tightfitting cover, bring 1 inch of water to Semmering. Add salt. Break one egg at a time into custard cup; slip egg into water. simmer, covered, 3 to 5 minutes. For each serving, overlapped half of bacon slices onto muffin halves, side-by-side on cookie sheet. With slotted spoon, place to eggs on ham. Spooned on holidays. Run under broiler until sauce is golden. With broad spatula, remove to serving plates.
