Baked potato wedges
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Sliced unpeeled potatoes into wedges (apple slicer works)
Put all wedges in a big bowl
Add olive oil and toss it around until all the potatoes are coated, but not drippy
Add in soup mix, salt & pepper, and garlic and toss until coated
Bake on top rack for rougly 40 minutes, turning once halfway through
Sprinkle on parmesan if desired
