This is my personal favorite brunch dish. Similar to an eggs benedict, this is easy to make for a crowd.
Place bacon in a lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish; top with cheese. Break eggs into baking dish, spacing evenly, carefully pour whipping cream over eggs. Bake at 450? for 10 minutes sprinkle with parmesan cheese, pepper and paprika. Bake an additional 8 - 10 minutes or til set. Sprinkle with parsley. Let stant 10 minutes before serving.
