Preheat oven.
Make cake batter as directed. Stir in one cup of crushed Oreaos.
Bake layer cake according to package directions.
After cake cools, whip the cream. Gently fold in 1 cup of crushed Oreos.
Frost cake with whipped cream, then top with remaining Oreos.
Garnish with strawberries or raspberries for a more elegant finishing touch
