Delicious chocolaty low carb cookies.
Preheat oven to 350(F) degrees.
Spray cookie sheet.
Mix all ingredients except the protein powder.
Then mix in the powder after all else is nicely mixed.
Drop 12 cookie mixtures with a tablespoon onto the greased/sprayed sheet.
Bake at 350(F) degrees for about 9 minutes.
Cookies can be easily moved with a spatula right after being taken out of oven.
If you are crazy about peanut butter like I am, spread a thin layer on cookies right after take out of oven.
