Suggest a better description-Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
-On the stove, heat the olive oil in a saute pan and cook the garlic until light brown.
-Add in the diced bacon, cooking only for a few minutes. Do not cook the bacon all the way through as you will finish your dish in the oven.
-Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
-Add in the Brussels sprouts and stock. Simmer on the stove for 5 minutes.
-From the stove, transfer the sprouts to a 2-3 inch foil lined roasting tray and spread out evenly.
-Cook sprouts and bacon until crispy (about 20 minutes). Turn sprouts over half way through to ensure even cooking.
