Quick easy method for poaching eggs.
Heat butter and water in a microwave-safe custard cup. Add whole egg, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Cover with paper towel and microwave on medium setting 45-70 seconds. Serve on toasted bread.

CCheryl 6y agothese are very good, i cheated and used a microwave poached egg cooker, i cook 2 poached eggs in it for 90 sec, it works great for me, your way is great if you dont have an egg poacher, i served my eggs on spinich sprinkled with garlic powder and parm cheese, and fresh ground pepper, yummerz,,keep them recipes coming, and thank you!
