Ready in 45 minutes
"I love this dip! I made it alongside a recipe for baked ziti (awesome!) they pair great! I don't even really like a lot of spinach and certainly have never made a spinach dip. I like tgi Fridays but this is so much more convenient and still wonderful. I even left out the artichokes as I'm not a huge fan. The rest turned out amazing tho! I will definitely look for and use recipes posted by you! Thanks!"
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine the softened cream cheese with the mayonaise. Mix in the artichokes, spinach and parmesan. Add the garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to the mixture. Spread into a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until top is browned slightly and dip is bubbly.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
While the dip is baking, slice the baguettes into half inch slices. Place them, single layered on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Once the dip is out of the oven, bake the bread at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until slightly toasted.
KrissyCake 1y agoI literally make this for every party I go to and it always turns out perfect. I buy stacy's chips for dipping and yum! Always requested by friends.
Mauimichele 1y agoAdd can of diced tomatoes, chopped onion, half a jalapeño, and McCormick Grillmates Roasted Garlic & Herb seasoning! I make it aaaall the time, always a hit!
megamco 1y agoThis was really good. I didn´t have mayonnaise so I used natural yogurt. It still came out great.
maduroy 1y agoEveryone loves it every time.
kellyjohnson2 2y agoOne of my go-to party dips. I have added crumbled bacon before. I used the smokehouse flavor bacon and it added a nice bacon undertone to the dip.
jburash 2y agoThis recipe is fantastic! I used a little less red pepper flakes, because we don't have a very high spice tolerance. I found this recipe a month ago and have made it 3 times since. everyone loves it!
AuntGin 2y agoIt's a winner! Great for that solitary special dinner too!
FDNYguy 2y agoI used to strictly make http://www.bigoven.com/user/keepsmilyn 's Spinach dip to every Party I attended until one night when I decided that 2 dips would be way better than one. While they both were simply delicious, this dip was devoured to the point that I now I make this dip exclusively!!!
desireehunter93 2y agoMade it for my fiance and his work buddies, and they all loved it. Great recipe.
