Preparation

You've adjusted the recipe from 24 Servings (as originally posted) to 24 Servings. The ingredients above reflect 24 Servings, but the instructions reflect the as-posted 24 Servings. You may need to adjust the times, temperatures or quantities mentioned in the recipe below as needed.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl combine the softened cream cheese with the mayonaise. Mix in the artichokes, spinach and parmesan. Add the garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to the mixture. Spread into a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until top is browned slightly and dip is bubbly.

Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.

While the dip is baking, slice the baguettes into half inch slices. Place them, single layered on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Once the dip is out of the oven, bake the bread at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until slightly toasted.

Enjoy.

I literally make this for every party I go to and it always turns out perfect. I buy stacy's chips for dipping and yum! Always requested by friends.

Add can of diced tomatoes, chopped onion, half a jalapeño, and McCormick Grillmates Roasted Garlic & Herb seasoning! I make it aaaall the time, always a hit!

This was really good. I didn´t have mayonnaise so I used natural yogurt. It still came out great.

Everyone loves it every time.

One of my go-to party dips. I have added crumbled bacon before. I used the smokehouse flavor bacon and it added a nice bacon undertone to the dip.

This recipe is fantastic! I used a little less red pepper flakes, because we don't have a very high spice tolerance. I found this recipe a month ago and have made it 3 times since. everyone loves it!

It's a winner! Great for that solitary special dinner too!

I used to strictly make http://www.bigoven.com/user/keepsmilyn 's Spinach dip to every Party I attended until one night when I decided that 2 dips would be way better than one. While they both were simply delicious, this dip was devoured to the point that I now I make this dip exclusively!!!
