Easy chili receipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Ground beef
1 cup Onion; chopped
1 cup Green pepper; chopped
1 clove Garlic; minced
1 15-oz can Kidney beans; drained & rinsed
1 15-oz can Whole tomatoes; Undrained
1 can (15 oz) Tomato sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded

Preparation

Brown meat and drain grease. Add onion, green peppers and garlic, cook and stir for 5 minutes or until tender. Put mixture in crockpot.

Add all remaining ingredients; stir to blend. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours

Sprinkle shredded cheese in bottom of bowl, top with chili and top with more cheese!!!

This smelled amazing and tastes just as great!! I doubled the recipe and used a little less meat and canned tomatoes because I like my chili a little more soupy.
