Lightly mist crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel and place in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer if possible.

Combine soups, corn starch, dijon mustard, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Spoon over chicken (if multiple layers of chicken, divide the sauce equally over two layers). Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Sprinkle with paprika prior to serving.

We liked this. Including my 8 yr old daughter who doesn't like anything with mustard (we didn't tell her until after she tried it).

Easy and tender

Chicken was very tender but the sauce was more like a gravy and didn't really provide much flavor

Family loved it. Next time will add more mustard and maybe capers.
