Cover tray with waxed paper. In medium micro-wave safe bowl, place vanilla milk chips and 1 TBSP shortening. In clean, microwave safe bowl, repeat microwave process with chocolate chips; dip loew third of each berry. Refrigerate until firm. Cover and refrigerate leftovers. Makes about 2 to 3 dozen berries. These strawberries are so easy and convenient to make! I came to the conclusion that I loved the chocolate covered strawberries better- but I loved how the chips were interchangeable! Also- if you are wanting to "drizzle" on top- use a zip lock bag as a piping tool; cut a small hole and DRIZZLE AWAY!
