Stick with 3/4 cup of pineapple juice. I tried 1 cup but the top of the bread did not bake enough. I might try an extra tablespoon of honey on the next batch.

I made this in my bread machine the only thing I changed was added more pineapple juice 3/4 cup was just not enough I added 1 cup plus a couple table spoons

I took this recipe and used it in an oven and it is wonderful. The only thing I had to change was to knead it, and cook it at 350 for 15 minutes uncovered then 10 minutes covered with foil.
