1 Green onion; thinly sliced
1/4 sweet pepper; Red or green
1/2 mango; Ripe, chopped and
1 pn Salt
Juice of 1/2 lime
Juice of 1 lime
4 tb olive oil
1 1/2 tb Soy sauce
1/4 Red onion; chopped

Marinate the fish in the remaining ingredients for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature. Grill over medium coals for 5 minutes a side until medium rare, grill longer for well done. Serve with Fruit Salsa. Fruit Salsa: Fruit salsa brings out all the wonderful flavors of summer. This is a great garnish and flavor builder for grilled fish or chicken.
