"these were very easy to make - so much easier than the maintenance of pan frying. i did bake longer than recipe stated and flipped them after done and kept under light broil for a few minutes to brown the underside. would definitely make again!"
Prehat oven to 400F. Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with foil. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Form into 1 1/2" balls using a heaping tablespoonful of mixture for each. Place 1/4" apart on the lined pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until browned and no longer pink in the center. Recipe by: Womans Day June 1996 Posted to EAT-L Digest 21 Feb 97 by nancee

chngaling 2y agoGreat recipe and I luv the fact its done in the oven, to reduce fat. I must admit I did add a lot more seasoning for flavour
love2cook05 2y agoSo easy to make. My 12 year old did them by herself last night and they tasted great!

YCarter 2y agoThought they lacked enough flavor. Would have added more herb/spices to the recipe. But they were easy to make, and a good texture.
