Our family's go-to recipe for chicken, pork and fish
Put all ingredients in the blender or food processor and chop.
Marinade meat in plastic baggy for 6 hours or longer

Serving Ideas : To use left overs: Make a sauce of spice elements, lime juice, low-fat sour cream and use as a dressing on jerk tostadas featuring lettuce, green onions, radishes, chopped chicken and avocado. Really good!
NOTES : Using Mark's "memory" recipe, I used 1 Tablespoon of allspice and cinnamon and 1/2 Tablespoon of nutmeg. Spicing was good . . . just have to experiement.
This makes enough for about 6 large chicken breasts.
