AZClaire 1y agoI listened to the other comments and added more kick. I made the creole spice recipe one suggested and added a couple tablespoons. The onions and spicing gave it a great flavor without overwhelming heat. It would have been very blah without the additional flavor. We both like it very much and I will certainly make it again.
MauraSpeckt 2y agoThis is a good recipe but a little lacking in flavor. I added some Tony Chachera's creole seasoning and served it with pickled jalapenos to kick it a bit and it seemed to do the trick. Over all a nice starter, keep them coming!
