Great salad with all the veggies on your fridge

1/2 cup Celery; sliced
1 cup Iceberg lettuce; chopped
1 Carrot; grated
1 cup Red cabbage; sliced
1/2 Red bell pepper; sliced
2/3 cup Green bell pepper; sliced
1/2 cup Apple; grated
2 Meatless sausage; frankfurt type, sliced
1/2 cup Spinach; chopped
1/4 cup Pickles; sliced
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard; old fashion
3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; vegetarian

Original recipe makes 4



Mix the mayonnaise, dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce to make a cream. Chop the rest all the ingredientes very thin with a food processor, add the mayonnaise cream and mix well. Chill out and serve.

You may change the ingredients according with the veggies you have.
