A make ahead and freeze appetizer for when your expecting a crowd for a few days or when you have unexpected guests. Great for the holidays or as an after school snack!
Cook spinach according to directions; drain, squeeze dry and chop.
Mix with remaining ingredients and chill for 2 hours.
Roll into 1 inch balls and freeze on a cookie sheet.
When frozen, store in a plastic freezer bag.
Thaw before baking. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
