Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Line a shallow baking dish with foil and brush it with some olive oil.
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, half n' half and onion soup mix and set aside.
Combine the croutons, paprika and Parmesan cheese and set aside.
Dry the fish then dredge it in the mayonaise mixture then in the crouton mixture. Place in the baking dish with space between pieces of fish.
Drizzle melted butter over top of fish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until done depending on thickness of the fish
Yum factor is high
Don't use fish that is too thick
