jdriemeyerIt was a bit too thyme-y. I'd cut it in half, them add something else to balance it. Also, I'd like some chunks of veggies like carrots, mushrooms, and/or peas to give it a little interest. But easy and rich. The rest of my family did like it.11m ago

k_nebuI added only about a cup of cream at the end and the soup came out delicious and rich. Can't imagine adding two.. Next time I might also try to add a little bit of leek to diversify the flavor a little (but very good already as is!).1y ago
