French beef stew served over egg noodles.
In a separate skillet, saute onions until they are translucent. Then in your pressure cooker, heat oil and brown meat. Move beef to one side and add sugar. When it begins to caramelize, add vinegar and stir. Add wine, beef broth, salt and pepper. Add onions to beef mixture, close lid and bring the pressure cooker to pressure. Cook for 40 minutes.
In a saucepan boil pearl onions until tender. In skillet where onions were sauteed heat butter and saute mushrooms. Add pearl onions and saute until they are glazed.
After meat is done release pressure and add mushroom/onion mixture and add lemon juice. Close lid again and bring to pressure again. Cook for 5 minutes. Release pressure and serve over egg noodles
