Suggest a better description1) Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
2) Pour the chickpeas into a food processor and add all ingredients exept the vegetable oil
3) Pulse the miixture until you have a rough paste
4) Pour the mixture into a bowl and remove any larger chickpea lumps
5) Cover the bowl with clingfilm and place in fridge for a couple of hours
6) Role the mixture into balls of 3 to 4 cms diameter and fry in approximately 2 cms of oil
7) serve with salad, tsatsiki & pita bread
