BBQ slathered, fall-off-the-bone tender ribs that you'll be wishing there were more to eat!
Mix black pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce and brush onto ribs. Place seasoned ribs into deep baking dish and cover with foil. Bake covered ribs in oven at 250 degrees for one hour. Remove baked ribs and add apple cider so ribs are submerged. Ribs can be flipped over if needed so meat remains covered by cider. Bake ribs in apple cider an additional two to three hours, still at 250 degrees. Three hours will yield more tender ribs.
Remove ribs from oven, dump apple cider and brush on BBQ sauce. Grill for 10-15 minutes until charred; brush on BBQ sauce while grilling. Be sure to use non-stick spray on grill grates otherwise ribs may fall apart. Enjoy!
