I also use a bit less onion and I put sauce on at the very beginning and at the very end for the extra time. This makes it even juicier and very flavourful.

I love this recipe!!! Nobody has just 1 serving so you should always double it. It is the only meatloaf I'm allowed to make anymore.

This was really yummy and I'll definitely make it again. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and added some garlic. It was great and sadly we don't have very much of it left for leftovers!

Loved it! Added a little bit more of Worchestire sauce & Ketchup to both the meat & sauce, came out juicy!

Very delicious and easy to make even for the amateur cook. My wife was craving it all week long after we made it last Sunday so we are back at it again tonight. Advice is to cut out the middle 20 minute cooking step and just go with the 1h20 and the another 30 after you apply to sauce.

This was my first time making meatloaf. It was great. Even my picky man liked it. I only added half on the onion and he said that I should have used a whole onion.
