Preheat oven to 350 (325 for glass dish). In 13x9 baking pan, melt butter in oven. Remove and Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter. Pour milk over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients, press firmly. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut bars and store loosely covered at room temperature.
