Ready in 45 minutes
This is so easy and very tasty. A delicious, low fat, WW Friendly, Recipe.
Cook broccoli until tender, drain. You can also use California blend of Frozen Veggies (Cauliflower and Broccoli Mix is very good).
Add fat free chicken broth, garlic, Rotel tomatoes with chilies. Bring to a simmer. Lower temperature and add Velveeta Lite a few minutes before serving. Stir until cheese melts. Serve.
This makes approximately 6-8 cups of soup at 1 weight watcher point per cup.
Sometimes I like to add a few torn up corn tortillas for something
different. Add 1 ww point for every 2 corn tortillas.
