This will season 1 lb of your favorite taco meat; ours is Yves meatless ground as it is far less greasy than beef and more flavorful than turkey.
Blend to a fine dust in a processor, then mix in 1.5 cups of water. Cook meat in skillet and drain excess grease. Blend the seasoning/water mixture well and immediately add to skillet. Reduce over low-med heat until meat has absorbed seasoning mixture, stirring occasionally. Makes approximately 6-9 tacos, depending on shell size and meat portion.
