236 13/22 milliliters Dry black beans
709 19/25 mililiters Beef stock
1 large Onion; chopped
2 cloves Garlic; minced
1 Bay leaf
1 3/13 mililiters Pepper
1 Orange; whole or halved
2 6/13 mililiters Salt
2 stalks celery; chopped
1 Tomato; chopped
473 2/11 milliliters Brown rice
1 Onion; chopped
3 cloves Garlic; minced
29 4/7 mililiters olive oil
29 4/7 mililiters Butter
2 Tomatoes; chopped
236 13/22 mililiters Lemon juice
1 small Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 Tomato
4 13/14 milliliters Jalapeno peppers
1 1/2 pounds Greens; trimmed
1 clove Garlic; minced
1 Orange; peeled sliced
6 tablespoons Sesame seeds; toasted

saute the one onion and garlic in a little oil, then add them to the beans, with stock, the bay leadf, and pepper. Add orange, salt celery, and tomato. Add to crookpot and cook untill the beans are tender. Remove orange and mash beans.


Saute small onion and garlic in olive oil and butter until golden. Add tomatoes, simmer a few minutes pour mixture in to rice maker with 4 cups of water


blend lemon juice, small onion, 2 gralic cloves, tomato, jalapeno


steam green with garlic and orange until greens are just wilted. sprinkle seeds on greens
