Suggest a better descriptionCombine caramels and milk in heavy saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until caramels are melted and mixture is well blended. Combine flour, oats, nuts, sugar, soda and salt; add margarine, mixing until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 cup; press remaining mixture onto bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup candies over partially baked crust; drizzle caramel mixture over candies. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture and remaining candies. Continue baking 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Chill about 30 minutes to set chocolate and caramel. Cool at room temperature; cut into bars.
