New twist on a new favorite.
For the mayonnaise: In a small bowl, combine sour cream, tomatoes, and mayonnaise.
For the burgers: In a large bowel, combine sirloin, cheese, oregano, and pepper flakes. Form mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Cook burgers until browned on both sides, 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 160 F.
Serve burgers on buns, if using, and top with mayonnaise and cucumber.
