Put the butter and 150ml of cream in a large saucepan and bring mixture to the boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and then simmer for 2 minutes or until cream has thickened.
Boil water, add oil and pasta. Cook until tender but firm.
Toss pasta into the sauce over low heat.
Add the remaining cream, parmesan cheese and nutmeg to the mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with grated parmesan cheese and Pork chops.
