Suggest a better descriptionCut chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Dip in yogurt and then cover with pureed Fiber One cereal. Once the piece is coated well, place in frying pan. As pan fills up, add balsalmic vinegar and olive oil to pan. Fry until cooked. It usually takes about 3 "pan fulls" to fry all the pieces made from this much chicken.
Note: If you don't have yogurt, you can use egg as a substitute. Also, if you want a healthier version, you can bake them at 350 for about 20 minutes.
