Fiber One Pancakes

Low fat, high fiber but tastes great. Add fruit (blue berries, strawberries) for variation.

Ingredients

1 cup Fiber One Pancake Mix
2/3 cups water

Original recipe makes 2 Servings

Mix ingredients. Pour scant 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Yields 6 pancakes.
