Don't have a specific name for this one. But a Mexican friend told me about it and it's very good. Simple to make and cooked quickly which is the best part.
Cut the steak into long pieces. Put in a pan with fire on low. Add seasonings of mrs. Dash While it's cooking Add chopped pieces of garlic and cilantro. Let cool for a few minutes. Once it seems half way done add the red onions in. Leave on for few more minutes and all done!
