Quick and easy. I used sole but I imagine any white meat fish will be just as good.
Mix Flour, Salt and Pepper in a plate
Heat oil in a large frying pan
Dredge fillets in seasoned flour and fry over medium-high heat in frying pan for about 4 minutes or until golden on both sides turning once .
Reduce heat to medium-low, pour Cream of Shrimp over fish fillets, mix in 1/4 cup of water, cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until soup has reduced and thickened.
