Ready in 2 hours 30 minutes
Smothered pork chops prepaired in a casserole or crock pot. Very easy and delish.
Combine flour, mustard, garlic and salt. Dredge chops in flour mixture. Brown in oil over medium high heat. Remove chops to a casserole or crock pot. Combine the soups, water, mushrooms and remaining flour mixture in a bowl. Pour over pork chops. Bake covered in a 350 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. OR Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low in the crock pot.

Thunderpuss1974 2y agoI flipping love this. I'm eating it right now. I did the crock pot version and my only change was I added a bit more water cause I was leaving for midnight shift and was paranoid it'd go dry. I left it in for 12+ hrs till I got home. The chops fell apart (I used thicker chops) and I poured it all over rice. Delicious.

paulavaskeroeterdink 2y agoStill my favorite pork chop recipe. It was an instant classic. I did the oven version with one can of soup. Always turns out yummy and tender.

Stewdebaker 3y agoMaybe it was the brand of Cream of Chicken soup I used in this (Walmart), but this was horrible. I made the crock pot version.
