Smothered pork chops prepaired in a casserole or crock pot. Very easy and delish.

"Yummy! I am not a pork eater but my fiance is. When I made this he raved so much about it that I tried some. Let's just say I will be making a larger portion of this next time. I only used one can each of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom both of the low fat low sodium variety. I skipped the dry mustard and instead drenched the chops in liquid kind used for hot dogs and burgers before dipping them in the flour mixture. The gravy turned out nice and thick."

The only way to prepare pork chops. It smells like turkey roasting when it's cooking. So tender and moist! Awesome awesome awesome!

Made this in the crock pot and served it with mashed potatoes. The whole family loved it!

I flipping love this. I'm eating it right now. I did the crock pot version and my only change was I added a bit more water cause I was leaving for midnight shift and was paranoid it'd go dry. I left it in for 12+ hrs till I got home. The chops fell apart (I used thicker chops) and I poured it all over rice. Delicious.

Still my favorite pork chop recipe. It was an instant classic. I did the oven version with one can of soup. Always turns out yummy and tender.

Excellent crock pot method for pork chops! I was a bit nervous that they would be dry or lack flavor, but they were GREAT! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Maybe it was the brand of Cream of Chicken soup I used in this (Walmart), but this was horrible. I made the crock pot version.
