2. Saute Onions
3. Brown ground beef.
4. Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, pepper, chipotle, cayenne, oregano, sugar.
5. Stir in bell peppers, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and water.
6. Simmer 60 minutes
7. Stir in beans, simmer 30 minutes
Serve with sour cream, graded pepper jack, fresh cilantro, diced onions, crackers.
